Trusted car wash near Staines/Shepperton

Hi,

Recently bought a new (used) car that came with a beautiful shine about it. Sadly one month on with lots of sun and rain cycles (and a few hundred miles of motoring) it's got none of that shine left. So I'm after somewhere reasonably priced to do a quick clean (exterior only), but with so many horror stories about places like supermarkets using stone filled rags to clean with, I wasn't sure where to go.

I'm just after the kind of clean that a car dealership appears to be able to bang out in about 15 or 20 minutes, not a full detail, but somewhere trusted to not add too many new scratches.

I'm near Shepperton, but don't mind a reasonable drive every now and again so a 30 minute isn't an issue.

I'd be inclined to do it yourself. A trip to Halfords ought to see you with a decent polish, follow that up with a wax and that's it, especially as you were please with the way the car looked a month ago.
