Hi Guys,

can anyone recommend an independent double glazing firm in the TVP area? Based just north of Marlow so asking in here as well in case Reading suppliers are recommended.

I need to fit some new double glazing in a 1930's house ASAP and have had bad experiences of the big firms in the past.

TIA

Used these guys on a Victorian terrace and a 30s semi: http://lewingtonandson.co.uk/ - no issues at all.

Used Lewington & Son a couple of times to replace failed sealed units.

Slightly 'Old Fashioned' but in an entirely positive way. Good value, good quality of work and friendly guys.

I can't recommend Windows Galore highly enough, based in Earley.

It's a two-man band, Jim does the quotes and sales side, Paul and his young assistant do the install.

Really reasonable, no bullst pricing, and great aftersales service. Ours were fitted 18 months ago, really pleased with the work and quality, but the hinges have just needed slight adjustment (wife slams door way too hard!) they came and sorted it a day after I called them, FOC.

I've recommended them several times, and would happily use them again if I needed any more doing.

Yes. We used them for custom painted aluminium, happy with the results. Am based in Penn if you would like to have a look.
