I took the family to this last year, and it is a cracking day out. Cars and planes of all ages blatting along (and above) the runway. Last year was worth the price just for the Brooklands Napier Railton clearing a ton on the runway and the physical shockwaves off the rotors of the RAF Chinook display

How about if one of us performs donuts in the parking field? That way, the security guard could call the police to have us charged with criminal damage to a blade of grass, and you could turn up and take your time looking for the ghostly Camaro driver before eventually deciding once the place was emptied that he was nowhere to be found?

If that doesn't keep you there long enough to enjoy the show, I'm sure Charlie would welcome you starting investigations into the serious matter of a stolen tent!

As we're now only just over a fortnight away from this, a bump to remind people.

There will be a serious quantity of stunning cars and aircraft on display assuming last year was anything to go by. Anyone else going?
