The guy who owns it is Alan, who sits on the board of directors of the CAI - so you know he'll be 100% honest and legit.

Long time no see/speak.
Hows the build coming along? I do check as I pass by every so often.
I'll have the aerial guy come long before then - so I'll tell you for real how good he is

Just back from my holiday - hence the silence
Build is going well, kitchen extension is now a complete shell, first fix electrics done, loft room is being roofed this week, first fix lumbing going in too - all looks a mess, but there's been so much progress and contrary to my impression of builders before we started this guy is brilliant and pretty much on schedule (few days out after 6 weeks) to his project plan.
We've gone from one co-ax feed to three and if there's any issues I'd like to have someone reliable to call upon.
