Also Pete do you park the 911 in the multistory next to the railway station in MH? Just seen a car similar to your there?
MH?
MH = Maidenhead paperbag

Ha, no, my car is in the multi-storey car park next to the railway station in another Berkshire town actually, not far from Maidenhead...

So the new job is in Maidenhead then, whereaboots?

As another suggestion, could you not be tempted into something that makes a truly excellent foil to a sports car

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/233599.htm

it is like cheese to their chalk - we can go get em muddy on occasion too.

Not necc this one, but similar and a 110 if you need the rear seats. Loving mine to the point that we are upgrading to a much newer one and planning to use it as "the family car"... this free's up Charlotte's wheels to transform into another sports car (thinking Elise for her biggrin)

J&J @ Foundation Park.

I do miss my old 3.9 Rangie, but can't really get one of those as well as the 911, G33, and the bike (space and road tax and insurance for four vehicles!!) and i can't be doing with driving a 90/110 to work every day...

Well having debated 330 touring (expensive!), C43 estate (good value), and E55 estate (tremendous value) and Audi S6 (not bad but doesn't stir me), tomorrow i am off to see the car TC mentioned.

E55 wagon, black/black, satnav and all the gubbins, 67k miles, £11k (trade).

Since i am going to Cambridge first to look at shiny round bits of jewellery it could be an expensive day...

Nothing due, had the 993 for more than a year so it was almost inevitable i was going to get itchy feet (again!). Plus i don't drive the G33 or ride the bike as much as i should because it's too easy to just take the 911. An auto wagon will be more practical when i need it, more relaxing for commuting and long distances, and will make the G33 and the bike that much more special when i use them (which should be more often!).

INIT??
