Anyone know anyone, can recommend anyone?

Just moved in with Mrs. Verysideways so we are going to rent my old house in Lower Earley out. People are pratically breaking down the door to move in but i know i need these two safety certificates...

Steve - just texted him this evening, thanks, will call him tomorrow.

James - really? First question, it seems it's not a legal requirement to have the elec. safety cert for landlords, is this accurate and up to date?

Cheers all!
