No washing for TC then
Prolly not, but not 100% sure yet - it could be as simple as a loosened bolt on a diff mount and a top of diff oil which won't take long at all, or could be a fecked diff which needs to come off and be sent away to be reconned...or anything in between. Will let you know, should have prognosis Monday/Tuesday. Andy_CTR said:

Andy sorry to hear about your CTR getting BBQ ! I hope you get a prompted and generous settlement !
Today I have been a on a recon for the hoon for this weekend its going to be a hoot !
Don't forget the clock go back on Sunday ...so you all get an extra hour in bed unless you forget and get there early !!! Bring your Walkie talkies, check your oil and tyres !
The plan and route is taking shape, the meeting is at 7am for leave at 7.20am at the “Bird in the Hand” Pub at Knowle Hill on the A4 between Twyford and Maidenhead. http://www.birdinhand.co.uk Post code RG10 9UP
The route will be heading towards Marlow, Stokenchurch, across to Abingdon and then on to the Wantage area and finally heading back to Reading. The finish will be the at the Sainburys in Calcot on the A4, by the M4. I will be typing up directions and map, which I will send out in an email.
If any one has any sensible questions then please email me

Will the route suit something a bit too long, a bit too wide, a bit too low and a bit too stiff for your average British B road, not to mention a rather large turning circle? Oh, and it would need to be dry!
Thanks,
Paul
Would that be the Mosler then? Thanks,
Paul
I drove some of the route in my Chim yesterday. There was only one stretch of "bouncy" road that required a little concentration, but I didn't ground it at all, despite the weight in teh car and I was driving "enthusiastically".
I think you'll be just fine.

What they said, for some reason my shopping trolley isn't a huge fan of bumps and I don't remember any really bad bits from sunday, there was one bit where I would have thought dave's chim (it's a low one too) would have made sparks, but it didn't!
Please bring it, oh and PS, if my car gets worse before the weekend can I jump in for a passenger ride for part of the run? Pretty please with beer on top.
