Bring on the suggestions - Will need to use it for the 2 mile commute to work and the occaisional fun run. Possibly more than 2 seats?

Are you looking for a convertible or hard top? Big engine or highly strung 4 cylinder engine?

what's wrong with the 540 in your profile?

my 968 Coupe will be up for grabs c.9k if you're interested - ok it's not as hardcore as a Clubsport, but the again if it's for commuting or weekend use ..

personally i'd get a hot-hatch for commuting purposes, and you can get almost anything for £10k (>3yrs old)

How about my 944S2 Cab for £7.5k? Four seats at a push (1 adult in the back is just about do-able)

P1 would be my choice on a £10k budget. Not sure if Scoobys' are GG's style somehow (I may be completely wrong about that!)

2 mile commute?
Buy a car you are happy to dispose of after a year... and don't tell them the low mileage is because of a two mile commute!
Now if you can make the commute a bit longer, then we can talk biggrin

Gotta be a soft top since the 911 is a coupe, and gotta be comfy to right?

E36 M3 cab - get a torquey 3.0 rather than a peaky and slightly fragile 3.2 Evo, ideally in Avus Blue, and with a hardtop for winter. And go on holiday with the change (because there will be lots).
