Somewhere like the crispin the other end of the great park? or somewhere in Windsor itself like Bar ha ha etc. or whatever they're called?

The pub just further along from virginia water that I can't currently remember what the hell it's called?

Is that the Windmill, Ben? The one not fair from Sir Kinkys house?

The cripsin sounds like a good call too. smile

I think it was the windmill, I was trying to find the thread as I know we went there but can't see it hehe

Food was rather good from memory and it's not difficult to get too etc.

Linky for the windmill below, for the record, I'm not fussed as long as they serve beer and food.

I rather liked the place we went to in Virginia Water. Not sure if they'd let Ben in after he spent the evening touting for business last time though?

For a potential future venue, there's a new Lebanese restaurant in Esher from which I got a load of takeaway last night (although it's a nice proper restaurant). £35 was enough for the two of us to be stuffed last night, with enough left over for me to stuff myself for lunch today! For any who've not had Lebanese, it's superb for a big group, as you order loads of small dishes and share. Not a suggestion for tonight though, seeing as I've had it for 2 of the last 3 meals!

I seem to recall both the food and the beer at that pub on the A30 were pretty decent too?

If its the one that Yourself, Pete and Debs met Cat and I at then I think it is the windmill. Speaking of which, is Pete coming?!

Sounds good to me, and not too far to drive. If someone wants picking up and dont mind a tuscan with no heating, im driving from Bordon, through Farnham. Not sure who lives that way, but have spare seat.

Oh what time??
