Soudns like the fox diner meet could be a goer if we can garner enough pre-xmas interest?

From Wantage towards Newbs love that drop then climb to the right into the trees with the radio transmitter. Has to be done at speed and get a second of G there hehe

The downside to Fox's (only really suggested in jest as it's right on my doorstep) is that I believe they're only open until 16:00 which would make it a weekend rather than a weekday evening thing. Could be a good meeting point for any weekend hoons though.

As people seem happy with this area, how about the Plough or the Barley Mow in Clifton Hampden? Does anyone have any preferences for a date?

Im from Wantage and the roads heading out towards Swindon are fanatastic, i can't drive but ive sat in as a passenger and its very enjoyable. There are alot of smooth straights and fast corners. However there are farm vehicles on the roads occasionly and ive even come across sheep in the road near white horse hill!

Aslo, as mentioned the bends on the road up to Newbury are brilliant becuase its not often you come across such hilly roads in the UK. I think Wantage would be an ideal place for a meet, but not very central for Oxfordshire. Good pubs though smile

Bit too far over to the east - how about something further west so that is it relativly near to the Abingdon/Didcot/Berinsfield area or something Wantage direction?

Mixed reviews. I have no knowledge of it but if you're happy to go there then works for me.
