That would be me!! Nice little blast up the hill, Elise sounded great - I had an incline it may have been another PH-er, you are right about the greasy roads, it's the only time of year I leave the traction control on!!!
byebye

I wouldn't mind traction control - RWD + rear weight bias = I have to be rather careful at the start of that hill when it's greasy smile.
Good job I was in the way!! smile

Pun, malapropism or just can't spell? I'm not sure, but it made me smile.

I would love to say malapropism but you can thank Apple 'search and destroy' spell check for that one!!

On my way to an "Event" in the s/c Eunos yesterday was completely blown off (a rare occurrence I might add) by a black Mercedes S600 on the dual carriageway leading up to the twin Bridges roundabout in Bracknell. Thought it had a lot of mid range grunt and suspected it was a Q car by the twin exhausts.
Stats read like a petrol-head's fantasy - 5.5 or 6.0ltr V12, twin turbo, in excess of 500bhp and 550lbs ft.
It's a seriously quick car.
Don't suppose it was anyone on here?
Cheers, Pewe

Spotted the purple wrapped Subaru estate that featured on PH homepage last week in West End Village, Woking.

Definitely not me but I knew I recognised that reg. In the tuscan forum there's a pic in a recent thread about what's for sale. So either it's local and going to disappear... Or we have another new member of the Blue Tuscans in Reading Club!!
Holy post resurrection Batman. I've got this and can be known to be seen around the Wokingham & Newbury Berks area where my folks are.

I'm in London now though so you won't spot it as much. If I can make an event I will try.

Bit of a different one, but in Sainsburys Watchmoor Park this afternoon spotted a Citroen Xantia which had been completely decked out in West Ham United gear. This included at least 2 fake number plates stuck on the front bumper one of which read Trevor Brooking.

Would have taken a pic, but the owner was sat in the drivers seat and when he saw me pulling out my phone he didn't look too happy, so i moved on. Should have stood my ground and taken the pic but based on his ample frame he could probably have squashed me. Although on saying that, why deck your car out and make it so noticeable if you're only going to get annoyed when people look at it / take pics?
