As per Nathans' suggestion on the 27th hoon page: biggrin

This is quite a scary questionnaire: Are You An Alcoholic?

Number 7 is priceless... rofl

So, go on be honest and tell us your score!

I got 6 which I thought was good; until I read the end bit... boxedin

If you have answered YES to three or more, you are definitely an alcoholic.

If they'd put a button saying 'All of the above' that would have saved me a lot of time!
Just the 5 for me. Must try harder

I live in Runnymede, which according to (skewed and badly interpreted) statistics is the most alcoholic borough in the country.

It'd be plain rude if I didn't do my bit to help out.

Call me boring but I scored 0.

I was brought up in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales where the first thing you did when you were 17 was to learn how to drive, pass your test and gain some independence without having to rely on your parents to ferry you about (public transport doesn't exsit). As most of my friends lived miles away if I went out in the evening I'd be driving, and therefore didn't drink.

Consequently, barring the fact that actually I just don't like the taste of most alcohol (and I've tried most drinks, believe me), I like being able to come and go as I please. So if I'm out and I want to go home, I can. I don't have to rely on getting a lift with other people, forking out for a taxi or using public transport. I value the independence that driving and my car gives me.

But there are three positives to the above.
1) I can always play chauffeur
2) If I do have a cubra libra, I'm pi$$ed by my second drink
3) I'm a cheap date smile

clap Well done Nigel, it took me a while to work out a zero score too.
No beers for me tonight, working at Dad's cabs... but tomorrow, now that's quite different!
