Er, it's a touring (auto) and it's like a boat compared to the 535d, however it still seems to amuse other road users

Considering he's so cautious about taking it out on anything other than a fine and warm summers day, I'd be inclined to say 500+ BHP. Anything less than that and he hasn't got any excuses.
