Damn iPhone and its error messages so you go back and continue posting until it works, it's only when it works you realised its worked 3 times!!!
I would say it was defo a normal bib as why else would he have a 911 porker pulled over, notepad out both had the stero typical I've just been pulled look?????

GX plates are all Police plus you've spotted the HV ones which I have too

Followed a GX plated grey new shape V70 earler down the A3, wasn't Police.. (I thought it was!)
