unmarked police cars

During my travels in the last few weeks I've noticed the following:

Black/midnight blue? 62 plate 3 series on M1 near Wakefield
Blue Focus ST 62 plate in Bradford
Silver Skoda Superb A1 near St Neots, I've also seen a maroon one bombing down the A14 towards Cambridge a few times
Black Audi A6 Avant on A141 towards March/Wisbech This one is always bombing up and down that road for some reason, usually with four up!! Firearms?)
Black 530d 63 plate series near Cambs/Herts border

None of which appear to be in Thames Valley / Surrey however

Saw an unmarked silver Skoda Octavia VRS northbound on the A34 near the Newbury Junction yesterday, pulled someone over.

Followed what looked like an unmarked S-Max this morning through Ascot.....never seen one of those before!

The gun metal grey 3 unmarked series bmw had pulled someone over on the M3 at 3:30 ish today, seems to be hunting area of choice for them...

Morning
A few unmarked on the A30 this morning but mostly BiB in marked cars helping out with clearing, traffic management or dealing with:

• Clearing the serious looking crash before the Windmill, hope the BMW driver is ok it looked like they got the worst of it.
• Directing traffic around the tree down across most the road just before Sunningdale.
• Moving various sized branches off the A30.

After Windmageddon was forecast i left a little early in case there were travel issue only to find you had dealt with most of them already so virtual to anyone out clearing the roads this morning in that rain an wind.

Last week saw a 59 plate black 5-series BMW on M£ between J1 and J2 (M25). It the pulled onto the M25 but not sure whether it was going C/W or Anti C/W

I have followed this thread on my faves for years by default, and I have no choice but to keep being updated each time I click on "my stuff".

I cannot think of a single reason why a bunch of petrol heads who enjoy spirited driving want to keep a rough check on what unmarked cars are regularly seen in there area.

Thing is, there are too many, over too much of an area, and also so much that has not been seen (therefore not a definitive list).

Is that the 1st time that ones been on here? If so its taken a while! I was gob smacked when I saw how much someone would have to pay to tax it! Its just a skoda!
