Spotted last Saturday along the A34 near Reading. I forgot that Berks use Vauxhalls. CT60 SYZ

Most of the TVP Vauxhalls that I've seen have Oxford prefixes, so that's an unusual one.

Its a debadged VXR. 2.8 V6 Turbo.
Debadged VXR?

I think you will find it is just an SRi with a 2.8 V6 Turbo engine in it.

Probably not many of them either, they had diesel ones when we did an Op with them.... they hated our much quicker cars wink

TVP's marked cars are mainly diesel, the unmarked Insignia's are petrol V6 turbo 4x4's, though these are now being replaced with D5 Volvos. sleep

Crafty!

Scanning for OU plated cars is my hobby on the m4 as i've never seen a TVP car that doesn't start with OU. Hmm wonder what they are doing with a chelmsford registered car.

I know you guys do but that is the first car I've seen from TVP without the OU registration prefix, unmarked, marked, vans, dogs, forensics you name it, all OU from my experience. Don't go telling them to change it now !!

Northamptonshire Police have a black Passat estate repmobile lookalike. How do I know? Well he followed me up the A5 from Weedon Bec to The Daventry turnoff at 90mph. Oops.

I was joining the M23 from the M25 (towards Gatwick) on Thursday early evening. Thought I would press on so to speak in the GTD, but happening to notice an unmarked dark 3 series not very far behind. I eased off, and the 3 series followed at a sedate speed in the left lane, but they were not spooked into action by any of the cars flying past in the outside lane!

Couple of unmarked BMWs were patrolling the mad mile near Overton during CarFest - one was dark grey metallic, number plate started SV64....

Was not popular with the folks from Sporting Bears doing the Dream Rides....

Spotted tonight at the Farnborough gate turn off on the A331. A recovery truck was taking a car away at a very odd angle to the carriageway so not sure what had happened. Sliver BMW 3 series estate KX12 YDN

Just been passed by a rather nice grey Audi S4 Estate on the A322.

Full sound and light show going.
