PH van spotted in Bordon,Hampshire

Just spotted a black transit style van coming through the crossroads on the a325 into Bordon with the PH logo (grin and crossed pistons one) on the bonnet!

So who owns it?

I've seen that Black PH van i pass through Bordon everyday... the only reason i gave way to it as it pulled out the estate was because of the PH Stickers! :P
