Three of my friends have had Smart Roadsters in the last few years, they all had weird electrical problems and two of them needed replacement gearboxes. I'd dread to think what would have happened without the warranty. That's all i know...

I've driven a 1.0VVTI and the 1.4 Diesel or whatever they are and can't say I agree with any of this, an Aygo is cool IMO (yeah whatever I've also got a yellow car ). It will also fit me as a passenger in a rear seat behind another six foot something person. I thought the Aygo was a right giggle - didn't need to be fast, however they would both also happily deal with motorways and corners.

Yaris - I'd rather walk! Like I said I've got an irrational hatrid, they're probably okay too.
