How do I rehome my young dog?

Very pleased that this has worked out so well. For future reference, I foster dogs for a rescue (and have also socialised a dog for Hearing Dogs) so can always point someone in the right direction if I can't help directly. My last foster has just gone to a fellow PHer. This is him (dog, not PHer, obviously):
