Gotta be done yes The roads are immense.

I might have some taster footage to share in the near future too, with Robbies help hopefully
Yeah, I'm sure I can help you. I agree the roads in North Wales are amazing, and the Swift needs to go out on them.

Pete, where can I find a map of this 'famous' lap of Scotland?

Oh and look at these!

The biggest difference between the roads in Wales and Scotland are the distances. You could drive all day long e.g Durness to Kyle of Lochalsh on a North /South route on beautiful twisty empty roads, and still not have covered even a fraction of Scotland's great roads. If you did that in Wales you would be , well, no longer in Wales.

Ah ok, the one you sent it to was the correct one that usually gets checked at least daily.

You get to meet some interesting people.

This is the route we did, turned out to be 320 miles so a long day.

I've got tyre but don't think I have the .itn, unless it came with the TopGear itns. Could you email me the itn?

Cheers

I can supply a TYRE file if you want one - it's too much hassle to do the whole thing on Google maps.

PM me, and I will forward the file.

Thanks for the itn Pete, it looks good.

Can we see which dates would suit us best?

Late June early July would be either the 27/8th June to the 4/5th of July, or the 4/5th to the 11/12th July (depending on whether we want to start and end on a Saturday or Sunday - maybe Saturday so we'd get a Sunday to recover at the end of it all.

The dates in September that I can do are the 5th/6th to the 12/13th as I'm off to Uni the week after.

I think I vote late June early July, unless we do the September dates specified above (I'd have finished work by then biggrin).
