I just figure that on most of the bits we'll do 60mph will be fast enough, and if 40 cars are doing 65mph who are they going to stop??

You'll have great fun at that speed, so many of the roads in Wales are narrow, twistie, technical, off the beaten track and the NSL can be ample. The big open roads where 60+ is more possible are often the connecting runs between the fun bits, I'd love to come along on one of your tours this year.
