Andy - Cheers for the offer. All seems to be in hand so far, but once we start sorting the food, etc after easter Ill call if we do need a hand with anything

Cannot promise anything though

We do fruit salad (for the healthy people) if you want a bucket or 2? I can also get them to make you somesort of pasta thing if you like...

Thanks for the help offers eveyone! I'm just back from a weekend away and going to have a sort out tonight of food plans, and things that need done.
A few have asked what food to bring, so I will update the list of what we are having so far.

I have the expert kiwi bbq help of Pernod and Mrs Pernod (my brother and sister-in-law) who know a thing or 2 about bbq rotisseries, and also will be helping set up in the morning for the mass SAS arrival. I will shout if I am stuck with anything though

Also I will send out an email tonight with address, parking, etc.
I think I have everyones email somewhere, but if you haven't heard by the morning PM me.

If the weather is like today, we could all be in for a long night
