you mean the clutch leg can be straigth but the gas leg have to go far to the left?

in such case it would be fine in LHD biggrin

but then I never seen a LHD G12 believe...
the pedal box is offset towards the centre of the car, so feels strange at first
i think LHD would be possible, as they did do that for G4, and guess it would be simpler to do in a G12

No worries. Hope you get somewhere with that car, it is a fantastic thing.

I know it has been quite a very long time, but what became of the rumored larger sized G12?

I was always interested in that car.

Any informants at Dare who will tip their hats?

I see that Coys have a G12 for sale at their auction this weekend. Based on it's declared history, I would have thought that it would have a higher reserve price?

And what is the story with the bigger G12?

Any pics? Anyone from PH visited the factory?

I'd welcome a road test of a new G12--it would make for an interesting read--as opposed to reading about why the Lotus Elise still matters!

I’m selling my race car at the end of the season, and want to get a ginetta as a replacement. My current Anglia 105e is definitely in circuit only spec, but I’d want to get something I can use on the road and for light competition (sprints and hill climbs) as I’ve been offered a drive in another historic saloon for free (neptotism, it works).

I’m thinking about ‘the best’ G15, but how much are Dare G4’s and G12’s? Are they ‘continuation specials’, as I’d quite like the potential to get an FIA passport. I’ve looked at the Dare website but there are no prices. Budget is flexible, up to a max of 50k.

Yes dare do continuation cars for fia racing
I would estimate 70-90 k for a g4/12

Another option is find a used dare roadcar and convert to historic spec, or use as is.

Chevron, I am currently restoring a G4 S4, which may be for sale once completed - there is another thread on PH about it entitled 'What happened to this G4 in the end' or words to that effect.

I can't say for certain it will be ready over this winter as have lots of other projects on too, and this is just a part time hobby for me...

But the owner is considering selling the car once completed. I'm not sure exactly what is required to meet FIA spec though.
