Hello,

I have just started to revitalise my longing for another Ginetta. I owned a G15 back in the 80's and loved everything about it but being a bit older and wiser now I know the G15 is not the car for me now. I looked at one up close a couple of years ago and also a G21 but decided that they are both a bit too low for me now. So that started me on the path of the G32.

I have another classic car to part with to make garage space so I thought I would start the ball rolling in my quest by posting a topic here to ask everyone's opinion on how easy/difficult it will be to find a G32.

I'm located in Devon and willing to travel to see one up close.

Thanks

hello chunky
I'm also in devon and long-time ginetta fan.....GOC members have been talking recently about their G32s on their forum..
I think there is a racing one on here [PH] for about £3.5k [but lhd]?

I did sit in one many moons ago, and I'm sure it is a bit roomier than a G15....

might be worth putting an ad on GOC website....

Thanks for the reply g15wiz. I have seen the LHD racing one but I like my cars to be fairly standard although I appreciate Ginettas are sometimes at their best when modified. I'm looking for a daily driver hence my reservations on the racing one.
Thanks also for the heads up on the GOC, I'll renew my membership and chase up the G32 posts.

Jon good luck with your search as they only made approx 120 of them the 1.9 engine is the better bet iIMO.also make sure it has a galvanised chassis or you could be in for a surprise. If you go on the GOC site in one of the posts Justin Westley may have his car for sale but it I not standard he has a 2 litre zetec and it may need work to finish it

However if you think a G15 and a G21 are too low for you a G32 may not be for you either as I think they are lower than both but with bigger doors laugh

Many thanks to everyone who has replied to my post. I'll PM everyone and take a trip up to the NEC in November to visit the GOC stand.
