"Ginetto" is just a joke... my name is Luigino and sometimes it is shortened in Gino or also Ginetto.
Some months ago I was looking for the design of the Ginetta badge to make some shirts to wear at trackdays and other events, but did not find the original so I decided to draw a custom one, different but still highly inspired by the original.
I hope no one take it seriously, after all they are only for personal use :-)

Cheers

Ginetta have moved all the old moulds and jigs from Ginetta Heritage. As a factory it is almost impossible to produce new cars and support parts for cars that went out of production twenty or more years ago, we wanted to do this by investing in a third party - this did not work out.
I'm open to suggestions as to how we can help owners of older Ginettas.
Currently we are absolutely flat out producing new cars (which we carry all parts for) and developing new models for the years to come to keep the brand fresh and current with exciting new cars.
Regards
Lawrence

Lawrence - I emailed Mike Simpson and offered to act as custodian for the G32 and G22 moulds. Recent events have shown that we might have need of them...
While I understand totally the fsact that the factory has to look to the current and future marketplace (and I admire what has been achieved), we should not lose sight of the companies heritage. What it needs is a partnership with another company, to ensure that the moulds are looked after (and insured), and that parts can be made for older cars. Would the company that does the mouldings for the current cars be interested, I wonder? Or maybe our friends at Dare would be interested in strengthening their relationship with both the owners of older cars and the factory?

Thank you for responding Lawrence I appreciate this is the least of your concerns with all the new models and future road cars but hopefully as you say something can be arranged that will benefit all I'm open to suggestions as to how we can help owners of older Ginettas.

Also good to hear that all moulds/jigs where recovered would have been a great loss if something had happened to them!
Would be nice to see a third party agreement taking place again if not maybe some ‘satellite’ workshops with official Ginetta employees for the older cars, maybe separated as G22man says he would like to help with the G32 and G22 whilst Im heavily interested in the G15 as can be seen by my restoration which has been a labour of love.
Thanks again
