i previously removed pics of the car pre-restoration so for completeness: last pic is without the aeroscreen. Am having another roll over bar made for when car is open. Modifying the pedals to give a few more inches of space and making molded foam race seat..

Isn't the Silverstone round in May, or are you doing the Classic? We're testing there in the Lola and a TR5 on Feb 15 if you fancy an early season blast!

Brilliant, I'm entered for that meeting too. I only live 15 minutes from the circuit so let me know if you need to stash anything!

Anything on the back of the photo Shadi?
Just think, the two cars in the photo cost a few hundred pounds, now they're worth tens of thousands!

no info on the back..
i really like how the G4 looks on steel wheels. problem is they weigh about 6.5 kgs each! i have been in contact with a company that offer possibly the lightest 13inch wheel available, the design being somewhat like a steel. Hope they may be able to do a set for me

For what it's worth, in my opinion I would stick with the mini-lites. With revolution mags being a distant second and only other wheel of choice.

With revolution mags being a distant second and only other wheel of choice. unfortunately the minilites made by compomotive which i have on my G4 are 6kg each. certainly not light-weight. they are also not an ideal offset. The 4 spoke revolution is much better at around 4kgs.

even steel-wheels are lighter than "heavy-metal" lightweight wheels of today
