Did you notice the yellow G21 that was at auction last month sold for over 10 grand!
Yet the bargain so far this year had to be this G32, wish I hadn't seen it too late. Looks very nice, anyone know who owned it?
What do MG dealers know!

Talking of the yellow G21 making over 10 grand, at the same auction was a like new 2012 G40R (cost new now with same spec around £36k.
It had an estimate value of £20k and didn't sell!

Hmm. You can see modern Ginetta is all race orientated. Yesterday Ginetta announcing the buyout of Juno, so Le Mans here we go again!
Makes you wonder what sort of depreciation a road G40R would have?

I was down at the Leeds factory last week and saw the Juno demo cars there - Lawrence Tomlinson asked me to keep it quiet as it had not been announced at that point.
I would put the G55 up against the Chevron - if you saw the technology behind the design of the new cars you would see that things have moved on to a completely different level - several levels in fact - to be honest, Ginetta is now on a completely different planet...
A designer showed me the CAD drawings for the G40, and clicked on one of the chassis parts. Immediately, the screen changed to a 3D picture of just that part, and a second click produced the necessary engineering drawing to produce it. Imagine a setup where the CAD drawings can be used to produce a file that then allows the buck for a body mould to be cut using a CNC machine, and you will understand how much things have moved on.
