I have just done rear discs & pads on my 04 Mondeo st220, I now have more handbrake travel is this an easy adjustment, I thought it would be self adjusting. Any help much appreciated.

It should be self-adjusting. Yank it up and down a few times and it should tension itself up. It did for me  Edit: The handbrake, that is. You dirty minded deviants
