Tyres safe?

Just spotted a rip in the sidewall of my car's tyre - I'm not sure if is safe or should be replaced ASAP? I'm thinking the former, but at £100 per corner, I want to be 100% sure!

Get it changed and tell Stevie Wonder to stop driving your car.

Alternatively put some silicon sealer in it and pray quite alot

What did you hit to do that sort of damage anyway? A yoof wielding a Stanley knife? Twice?
