Focus ST Mk3 Keys/fobs Dont lose them!

I bought a Focus ST 2 MK3 18 Months old, great car! but one small problem only 1 key... No problem says the Ford Main Dealer where I bought the car, we will get you sorted with another one in a couple of days....
4 weeks later.....
Into day 3 of third attempt to program the key fob for my mk3 Focus ST . It seems I am not alone, Ford appear to have major software/server issues.
So! Look after those keys/fobs and don't buy a car with one key on a promise of another unless you are prepared for a long wait!
I will update this when I have a working fob and key
