Focus titanium dash message cancellation

Hi all, I have a 2010 focus titanium and it has information message come up on the display to check tyre pressures, tyres are not runflats, but message was not there when I got the car. Have checked pressures there fine, so have gone into the system to messages & in the handbook it tells you there to press the set/reset button to acknowledge the message which I presume will then cancel it but all it does when I do that is takes me back to the previous menu.

In the normal menu, distance to empty, ave mpg etc, scroll down to 'set tyre pressures', press & hold set button for approx 5 secs.

Cheers Gareth, that sorted it, I think when I was reading the manual on how to do it my brain was just not computing probably because I very rarely drive it as it's actually my mums car even though I test drove it & done the deal when she bought it last year.
