Mondeo ST220- couple of odd noises

Hi all

I am trying to pinpoint a couple of odd noises which have recently appeared. One is after a mid to long run and I am gently pulling pulling up (eg traffic lights) I can hear what sounds like rubber being compressed and then it does it again on pulling off- only a second or so. The other is a strange tweet or chirp which happens every two or three minutes- both sound like they are coming from front offside ( poss brakes or suspension?)
