mk 3.5 Focus ST - when?!

I may be in the minority but I really prefer the facelift to the present mk3 Focus, and think the new ST looks great. I've notice drivethedeal have released prices on the standard models, and the discounts are pretty much in line with the outgoing car. Unfortunately no sign yet of ST prices...

I've tried some googling but cant seem to establish what kind of lead in the STs will have after the zetec, style etc! Any ideas?

It will be early 2015 before the facelifted ST goes on sale.
I like the look of the Mk.3 facelift in general, but while the front of the current ST is instantly distinguishable from the rest of the range, the same cant really be said of the facelift ST.

Have orders started on the general Focus facelift? The ST may be a month or so behind so Oct-Nov orders beginning for about March 2015 delivery perhaps. I've read that there is very little new ST stock left in the dealer network and you can't order the current model anymore, so I wouldn't have thought they would want to leave too long a gap!

The facelift can be ordered at the moment, same with Mondeo.

Facelift ST doesn't appear in the system as i'm looking at right now, the rest of the model ranger appears to.

Current model Focus ST's can still be had, there's at least 9 I can see as being freely available from the UK Network stock. Dealers will have more also.

Apparently the facelift Mk.3 is due to arrive in showrooms from 1st November, but the ST will definitely be into 2015.

I doubt the Mondeo ST will ever make a comeback. The market that car was in has completely disappeared. Nobody wants a sporty car in that sector any more. Think of the success of the Insignia VXR which is actually a fine vehicle!

The M3 seems a popular car! C63 AMG also desirable. I'd have thought a car of that size but without the M or AMG premium offering 250-280 bhp would sell pretty well!

No worries! That's just it tho, everyone seems to want a German marque if they're spending their £30k plus.

If the ST is coming early next year then I reckon prices will come about the end of October.
