Bought a mondeo, tell me everything i need to know

Not a threat in the title, just a request
Bought a slightly ropey 2003 mondeo for £1k
Mechanically i think it's in fairly good shape the interior is perfect, but the body work needs a lot of detailing to get it back to being nice, and has no service history at all.
It's been a very long time since i've owned a ford and in those days the internet used cups and string, well it didn't it was 2001 but it's still a long time ago.
So i am looking to find places such as a good forum, and any free on-line resources such as parts catalogues and/or service manuals, owners manuals, service schedules, build lists also anywhere i might be able to find some of the history of the vehicle, do ford give out deals of what main dealers have done?
