I am 56 retired and will not do more than 5000 miles a year. Its a cheap deal when you compare it to what other lease companies are asking.Yes I would prefer the petrol as its more of a drivers car but you rarely see them on a lease deal and if you do they are very expensive.Quite a lot of reviews say the diesel is better to drive than the petrol as it has less torque steer and the chassis is set up slightly different that makes it ride and handle better.
EGR and DPF will be clogged to fk before it's even out of warranty. rolleyes What a waste of a car.
What a ridiculous thing to say. How do you know what sort of journeys he is going to do with it ffs.
rofl Seriously? Well he isn't going to be doing long distance unless he only drives it ten times per year is he? rolleyes

I just really don't see why you felt it necessary to roll your eyes at somebody's choice of car when they are clearly proud of what they have bought.

See this more and more on Pistonheads of late.

i dont give a toss what you think as I can have whatever car and do as many miles as I want.I will make sure the car is warmed up as I always do before booting it and let it cool down for a couple of miles before putting it in the garage.I have a Jensen Interceptor 7.2 litre V8 and a Porsche 996 so thought I would have something different for a few years and lease a diesel.
