Well it wasn't me, but I can see a lot of them getting crashed, proper sideways happens very easily with the t/c off.

I think I've talked myself into it but dammit what colour? I was sure I wanted blue but I loved it in black and now I'm very interested to see a metallic grey one.

I have a blue one on order, but, I don't like it much!

I think white will be the best colour for it smile

My local dealer said he had X amount on order (cant remember the exact figure) but he said something like 60% are Blue, 20% are white, 10% primer grey and 10% are black. He had no met. grey cars on order which is disappointing as its my second choice behind the blue.

Interesting to see that they are offering the std multi spoke alloys in graphite colour in Europe, I don't think they are a UK option.

will get mine done if I keep the car.

Can I ask, why did you buy it, and, why might you sell it?

I did answer yesterday, basically I bought it because I got sucked into the whole idea and one became available immediately.
I am selling because realistically I have no use for it until October when I put the other cars away, and if I can make a couple of quid then why not and just get a sep / oct delivery car.

Had one email from random pistonheader, and one call from a dealer (I think)....... genuinely surprised, however I think it will be a different story once this initial batch has gone.

I was told Cup 2 are a Euro only option, one of the demo cars (the lhd one) had them fitted which surprised me given the predicted market and users.
Cup 2 tyres are available via the dealer, but you'd need a second set of rims to put them on as you can't substitute for the standard set.

So does it ride as hard as the mk2 RS? Too much for a daily for me if so.

As I said in an earlier post, it was a bit jiggly, but, I think that was in Sport mode.

I drove both a test car on newish smooth dual carriage ways, and my car briefly on typical A/B roads, I didn't find it harsh in anyway, at least not enough to remember anyway.

I agree, I wanted mine in graphite or black gloss and my dealer stated it wasn't an option.

As soon as I get mine it will be having the wheels and tyres removed and being sent for powder coating. The standard wheels look rubbish in silver and the upgrade wheels look a bit chavvy/naff.

Another option would be a set of wheels off a MK2? Would they fit? confused

Unless you have a spare set in shed cheaper just to get the new ones painted.

Probably not, I pay £10 per wheel for removing and refitting of tyres and the Powder Coaters I use will do the wheels for £30/wheel in any colour I want. The only decent people I know locally that paint wheels want £40-£50 a wheel.

It will take a day longer though and having a brand new FRS up on axle stands for 24 hours may be a bit frustrating hehe
