Allegedly but Mountunes stock control leaves a lot to be desired

Anyone idea where it is likely to be available and roughly how much you would expect to pay for it ?? smile

Went to view one today. only sat in it but the bucket seats seemed to sit very high. Are they height adjustable? Going back to drive it at the weekend.

I was quoted 9-10 months delivery. and told that order books likely to close within the next 2 months

Correct the current wait is around 10 months but orders are coming through a bit faster in reality.

Cancelled orders can be found if you are in a rush. I can't tell you where to find one (pistonheads rules) but a pm in my direction is worth it if you are looking for a unregsitered full spec (apart from ACS and sunroof) nitrous blue car

I ordered mine in Sep 2015 before the books opened and I am still waiting!!

There is no logic to the build and delivery process. I have been told that mine now has a VIN and will commence build tomorrow but then they said the same in September too.

After 14 months of waiting, the appeal I has begun to wear off. Maybe when it arrives it will all have been worth it but otherwise there will be a low mileage full spec car up for sale soon after delivery!

Mine has arrived in the country after 5 months of waiting. Should pick it up very soon. Can't wait.

Five months!!! That must be the quickest RS Mk3 delivery on record! Did you take on a cancelled order?

The dealers often order them in the name of employees so I could just tweak the spec.

If people had to wait a year the should have maybe asked around a bit first.

Ordered mine March 25 and have been told today by Ford that my car is in Segmentation and has a chassis number allocated, though I'm not sure what all that means I'm afraid but has a current indicated delivery date of Dec 17.

Regards the MP375, my car is being supplied with it fitted from the dealership at a cost of £899 I think they told me.

Funny how these cars are either coming through quicker than people are originally told by dealers or are seemingly easier to get hold of than originally thought .

I still think they are a great purchase but there is a lot of competition in the Hot Hatch segment presently not least of all with new golf out .

I've gone from wanting an RS to driving all the variants and now deciding on a new 140M BMW with decent spec at under 28k.

As good as the RS is it can't touch the Beamer for build quality .
Beamer 0-62 in 4.6 too

That said I want an RS too

Wow how did you manage that? Is the basic retail price for that car not just under 32 grand?
For that sort of discount I would probably do the same.....although I think the RS look much nicer than the 1 series.

Go into coast2coast cars you'll be surprised what you can get .
Other car brokers around such as Carwow .

You'll get an RS on there too , happy shopping
