Exactly. I don't think traders realise what damage they do to their reputation and business by acting like that. Indeed. I would jump at the chance of £20 for 5 minutes work, on route home. I may or may not need it, but A) that's the weekends wine paid for and B) as you say, a customer who will call you the minute they or others need your trade.
