I have recently bought a 2013 Focus Estate ST3 with same satnav as navigators etc.
I have used the satnav by entering a postode and also by picking the recently found destinations but cannot see how to 'go home'.
I have entered my home postode into the separate sub-menu, but having done that I can't see where to say 'go there'.
There is 'home' button on r/h side of radio console but this doesn't seem to do anything, and not sure if it means 'home' as in my address, or whether it means home in the sense 'go to top menu'.

The manual is sparse re satnav, there is likely a voice command but haven't got round to that yet.

I'm sure it's easy once you know the answer ;-)

Just tried it again with the 'home' button, which seemed to work, then OK'd eco route, then it wanted to go to last destination, not my own 'home' postcode?

Just tried again, this time it worked with the 'home button'.
Friendly focus owner in a car park said sim may be required to update software.
I don't know if the sim is in the radio already or whether this is something that should have been passed to me by the garage that sold it to me?
Anyone know if there is a way to check, is it slid in somewhere like a mobile phone?
Googling there is also mention of an SD card, so not sure which mine has, and can't see it mentioned in manual.
Can anyone offer me some guidance?

Just buy the house off the chap who you bought the car from.

Nice one Rosun, though it took me a minute for penny to drop.
I have been able to overtype my post code in the 'home destination' section.
It's when I come to go to that pre-defined 'home destination' it seems to pick up the last used destination postcode, rather than that alreasy entered as 'home'.

Home button behaved itself yesterday.
I note the sat nav takes a few seconds to kick in, sometimes saying 'not available' after start up, so perhaps this sart up period was not completed on previous failed attempts of the home button.
