Ford Mondeo 05 Front Bumper replacement and respray

I had a bump out driving the other day and the left side of my front bumper got smashed up a fair bit.
Does anyone know how much it would cost to have a front bumper on an 05 Mondeo resprayed and put where the damaged one was?

A new OEM bumper is around £160, about £100 for remove and fit plus £250ish for paint if you want a proper job. So, around £500 I would think. You could get a bumper from a scrapyard that's the same colour as your car for a lot less though. It's not too difficult to remove and refit.
