Chattering noise behind dash

hi,this is my first post on the ford forum,l hope someone out there can help.
I have a2009 fiesta titanium 1600 tell.
About three weeks ago,this strange chattering started behind the dash,seems behind the face air vent in the display panel.
The engine dosent need to be running or car moving ,just turn on ignition.
It isn't constant but will happen a few times a day. I have turned off the climate control and changed settings on the display
Panel all to no avail be really grateful for any advice

I think TADTS - my 2014 Focus certainly does .
