Ford Ranger 2.0 BiTDCi Oil Dilution Issues

I'm getting EML on every couple of months with the fault code P253F which is oil deterioration/dilution.
Obviously cured last time with an oil change, car says oil life remaining is at 82% but I have the above fault code. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Excessive DPF regens causing diesel to blow into the oil? Faulty sensor?
In fact is there an oil quality sensor on these or is it just a level sensor?
Since last time I've made sure it's doing a couple of good long runs during the week but obviously hasn't made much difference.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

There was a dilution recall on those engines, I’m not at work today so can’t check but worth a phonecall
Would you be able to have a look for me please Twing? My local dealer is not the best 
Build date is 15th Oct 2019. EcoBlue C.
Also does anyone know how oil dilution is measured? Is it just a level sensor?
It's had two recalls done, looks like one was the seatbelt and I'll find out what the other one is soon as poss. Looks like it's done next to no miles and Rangers like to be driven and got up to temp as much as possible so maybe the short trips are just killing the oil 
will let you know re the recall...

will let you know re the recall...Just so you know it's also thrown up the following a few times recently...

Well that's interesting. They told me the recalls were an exhaust joint and a transmission software update. will let you know re the recall...Just so you know it's also thrown up the following a few times recently...

The powertrain system fault is (according to Forscan) P253F - Oil Dilution. It seems to regen very regularly. It went to Leeds and back on Saturday. Sat at home all day Sunday. Monday it did the school run and Tuesday it was doing another regen. I can't figure out what's going on with it.

No worries, I wouldn't worry about it if it's driving right and no EML. Mine throw up all sorts of nonsense and the just clear themselves, bloody sensors and all that The powertrain system fault is (according to Forscan) P253F - Oil Dilution.
