Instument Cluster Change ON Fiesta :-(

I have a 2003 new shape fiesta, aquired a 2004 instument cluster of a friend after he rolled his fiesta, these are the updated look and are much better than my plain black with hypnotising green lights!! i changed them round and the lights etc work but the car wont start, i presume this is because teres some unique code involved for each cluster? if so how can this be changed to work and whats the likely cost of this? Any help would be most greatfull as the green is starting to get to me!!

Im not sure on if it can be configured for your car as its not something we do but it will need programing.
