st220 fog light bulb

Does the chrome trim come off on the fog light in the bumper if so how, thought they twisted off but no joy.

So i then went to take out the complete unit, took all the screws out from the front that i could see but it still wouldn't come out, so i'm baffled how to change the bulb.

The reason i was trying to get the chrome trim off was because some of the chrome has flaked off and i've seen trim's for sale on ebay before as replacements.

The easiest way to change the bulbs on my Focus was to pull the bulb holders out from the lights behind the bumper, without removing the lights - not sure if its the same on my ST though. Maybe if you buy the trims of ebay that'll give you more idea how they are held on?

Yes i'll probably get the trims and then have a closer look, at least if i've got them and i end up breaking the old ones i've got replacement's straight away.
