Ford S-Max - breaks locking...any advice?

Posting for a colleague who has a Ford S-Max 2.5 petrol...breaks keep locking on all 4 wheels....anybody else had same problem? Can anybody offer any advice before he has to part with his cash and take it to a garage? Cheers.

S-Max normally = family.
Its a newish car so he has a few quid.

Gambling with the life of your family while a m8 posts on teh intraweb to try to save a penny or two.....I cant understand.

He is not driving it at the moment...its the second car so no danger to family!
