i have my theory on thursday 13th!
and my test will be booked on the day if i pass my theory.
100% sure on getting a mk5 zetec-s for my 1st car!
not changing my mind so dont say blah insurance will be through the roof blah blah try a smaller engine! i'm earning enough, you only live once and i love these cars!
spotted a couple with engine conversions (mainly 1.7 puma) goin around at a decent price not being changed on the log book though! and as i'm having 3rd party fire and theft is it worth the risk??

wouldn't mind a couple of tips on what to look out for
re-occurring problems etc....

many thanks jamie

I was in the same position as you 6 months ago, i'm 17 and i've got a mk5 zetec s as my first car. I'm paying about £1700 tpft with pass plus with Quinn direct. I would advise you to declare modifications to your insurance, as you're probably aware not doing this voids your policy. "Is it worth the risk" - Tell that to the jury reviewing your case when you crash into somebody and paralyse them, having no insurance under your name as you didnt declare your engine change..

On a lighter note, if you wanted any advice on what to look for, feel free to PM me on here.
