I can't remember using any independents in MK but I was impressed by the service at Cranfield Ford down the road. Wouldn't touch the main dealer in MK itself though, they're crap!

Thinking about it, my missus used an independent guy based in Olney but he came and picked her car up. Hers was a VW Polo at the time but I seem to remember the guy saying he had experience with Fords too. I'll try find out the name / number but can't promise anything.
