But having said that I give big repsect to Arsenal for going a whole season undefeated. That is remarkable achievement.

Since when!. They lost 5 or 6 games IIRC

They didnt lose a single league game.

Well done to Utd for beating a mid table second division team....first time I have ever turned off a cup final....

Is this the same competition Utd undervalued and were too important to play in a couple of years back? The same competition Utd "fans" said was "Mickey Mouse" last year when Arsenal won it?

Everyone gave Utd the credit they deserved when they won the treble, its a shame their fairweather fans cant do the same when other teams achieve great things.

For my money Utd have never been the greatest team anyway, that honour goes to Liverpool who won more European cups than Utd will ever dream of, and more Championships. They are the benchmark not Utd.

Back on topic...

I think that some of Jigs' posts have been achingly funny. What isn't funny is the never-missing-an-opportunity stuff.

To me, it's the same thing as family - "I can say what I like about my sister (bad analogy, she reads ph - oops) but you can't say anything about her". Jigs does the sp6 joke so often that he doesn't seem like family any more

Jigs - if you're reading. I too am a V8 person. And I HATE the shape of the Tamora..... but I drove one for the first time today and it truly stunned me. It's wonderful. Try it.

I think some of you are over sensitive and easily offended, thought that some of jigs posts were the funniest on here.

You're right. Some of them were. The rest of them became extremely tedious and gave the GS a bad reputation.

He's banned. I politely asked him to be less confrontational but he threw that straight back in my face the minute I gave him full access again.

It's my train set as people often tell me, and I won't stand by and have him spraying graffitti on my 00 guage.

Good Grief!

I've been away for two and half weeks and Ted's turned into some sort of Richard-Branson-Wannabee!

I know some of my Mid-Essex friends will disagree but I side with Ted, actually from what I saw Ted gave him every opportunity to change his ways. This meant he could still provide an objective view (freedom of speech and all that) but he continue to knock people and the sp6 time and time again to he point PH members that I know of started not to logon, it was getting boring and tiresome.

What people forget is that Ted has a business to run, the boss can't be popular with everyone

Alan.
