Prefer the Mk 1 Cortina rear lights to the Mk 2 on the Vixen / Tuscan..
Another Griffith for sale on the Race Car Direct online site as an example/
Can you post some more pictures of your Crayford Cortina?
I have a mere 4 door saloon ,but has been owned from new ,some 58 years ago.

This Griffiths is still up for sale i read a little while ago..

I was looking for a picture of a early Lola race car that used Mk 1 rear lights, which to me is a proper turn on.but i cannot find it in my gallery.

Does anybody have a 1969 Vixen rear windscreen for a rebuild available or know of one. Thanks Ron.

Such a very long shot ,but decades ago i nearly gained employment at a glass bending premises at Gallows Corner,Romford ,Essex.
I did some research into the company and they specialised in such things..

Other than that . that Reubyn chap who prepares TVR Racers will be sure to know of acquiring one..

I was hoping that other Vixen or Tuscan builds or others in use would post on here..

Especially competition ones.

Much appreciated!

B.R.G ay!

Stirred up memory of a holiday at Inverness,Scotland in 1991 ish , when just walking down the road from the caravan site an immaculate TVR Vixen S2
was parked up in British Racing Green..Looked so swell !
Not as good as Marigold ,but still looking great..

Oh,i was hoping that Ron the new owner would be contributing still on here.
Feels like i have lost contact with WFD again after rediscovering it some years ago via Keith.

From what i can make out that appears to be a bulge placed on a marigold coloured front end ,or is it a bulge placed on an original front end as a buck then a mould taken from the buck with the end result shown as a new formed front end panel
The last pictures seem to be a nice lightweight laminated front end panel for competition(??)..

For the information of anyone new entering the site .

The post originally started by me with the introduction of a cine film taken of a few instances of my ownership then posted on YouTube T
TVR Vixen WFD 400H . Mason Stiletto,Coppa Irish Setter.
That was back in 1979-80 .

I know of the guy who i bought it off then ,but still pondering its ownership history previous to that.

Also, i have asked before but it would be nice to hear from the chap in Yorkshire who purchased from Keith
