Might as well show my Tuscan with 18" Jade-R's

These are my favourites, the same as Don's i presume; as anyone ever seen them on a Tamora?

They are the same as mine (slightly different from the Power wheels). I could take one of the Sags wheels off and put in to the Tamora for you? biggrin

Well after looking and looking and looking and looking at all the 18's available to change from my 19x JadeR's, I've ended up getting my hands on a set of excellent condition Spiders smash

Although I really like the car sat on the JadeR's and handling on track seems fine, but getting 19-inch road/track tyres is a challenge and much much more expensive than for 18s.

Hi John,

Thanks for that, i have the 19JadeR's on the Sag but know how hard it is to get a track tyre for these!
I also have a set of mint SP12's on 888's from my T350 though not sure if these would work on the Sag off-sets etc
Do me good to have a wheel clear out as i have some MO5 & MO6's just sitting.

Ant.

Tempted to ask you how much but not sure these would go on a Tuscan.

Great thread Don.

Can some one educate me and inform me of the name and were abouts of the company who made the original alloys for the Sag that we would all love, not the spiders.

If this company no longer exist why, has anyone made enquiries with an alloy manufacturer as to how much it would cost to reproduce the original press car alloys???????
Apologies in advance if this has been covered before.

Hi Chris

If you're referring to the ones similar to those of the Candy apple red car, it was Team Dynamics and the cost was too much for them to redo wheels without a lot of people doing orders.

Cheers!

You could try approaching these guys with the specs of the original wheel design or photos.

http://www.performancealloys.com/custom-wheels.asp...

It looks like they are geared up for handling one off designs - at a price of course!

It might be worth spending £30 with them to get a design/full costing done and then
see what the final price will be.

Never used them myself.

Surely the originator of the wheel still owns the rights to it.....
